How does one know if ActiveControl is readonly or not?

Hi, I need to determine if the current ActiveControl is ReadOnly. I need to
find this out in the Form's keypress event. How do I go about doing this?
Also, I have a control this is a datagridview. In this datagridview I have
some columns that are set to readonly, how do I check on Form's keypress
event if the key pressed happened on a ReadOnly column/cell?

Thank you.

Rick..
