About hard disk with a microcontroller pic

Hello, i´m working in a project in my university URU in Venezuela. My
project is about to save music to a hard disk using a microcontoller of the
microchip company 16F877 to do the job, my trouble is that i dont know the
tecnical information of the format FAT32 so i´m not able to put fat32 into
the microcontroller. Any suggestion or coment would be helpfull. if anyone
did a similar job i would like share information. Thanks.
