How to update crystal report 9 to Crystal report 11?

Hi,

The Crystal Report bundled with .Net 2003 is version 9.
How do I update the Crystal Report V9 in my .Net 2003 to Version 11 so that
whenever I open a .rpt file in my VS 2003, the Crystal Report V11 will come
out?

I saw on the BusinessObject web site they a "Crystal 11 - Release 2" and a
patch are available with some .NET improvement....

I assume that when you say "the Crystal Report V11 will come out" you
mean the Crystal XI Designer?

So far as I know, this isn't the way it works. The Designer that
appears in Visual Studio is still the older-style designer. If you want
to take full advantage of the design features in Crystal XI then you
have to run the stand-alone Crystal Report Designer XI, outside of
Visual Studio.

VS will, however, inform you that your project was set up using an
older version of Crystal and ask if you want to convert all files to
Crystal XI. The designer within VS, though, hasn't changed much.
