Check VAT ID Number C# ?

Hello,

I need to check VAT ID Number (from IE company) to check it's valid or not
in C#, how can I do this ?

Some source is available ?

Hello,

I think it depends on *how* you can check it. Do IE VATs have a certain
format? Do they need to be checked by a state agency, etc... I believe
credit cards use a different formulae, so you can plug in the formulae. VAT
are probably given by a state agency so you'll want to find how you can send
them the VAT for them to check (web service maybe).

Just found out I couldn't download the file using my download manager
(Getright), but I managed to download by bypassing it.

This is my site, and I tend to ban IP addresses that have broken the
robot rules. Could that be the reason?
