Where can I download icons for commo buttons for the toolstripmenu

HI, I'm using vs2005. There are very few icons I found in the folder of
vs2005imagelibrary under the install folder of vs2005. Does anyone know
where I can download icons that are typically used in the toolstripmenu?
Icons like exit, copy, back and forward arrow.....

Also, can I use all these icons in my application?

I'm developing a windows applicaton and I would like to use the icons from
Microsoft. Those icons that we see in hardrive explorer, Active Directory
User and compurter .....

I did use google search already with "Windows icon download" but ddn't find
anything matching for the 1st 10 pages or the search result so I gave up
there. I tried search MSDN as well but nothing paned out there either. I
was hoping someone might know where Microsoft keeps these icons at. Those in
the vs2005imagelibray is just too few and doesnt' have most of the common
icons that I need like exit, copy....
