How to display wav form

Hello All

I need to View wave form of file in a scrollable area. This permits
the user to have a visual aid regarding periods of changes, etc. This
visual aid permits the user to jump to a section of interest in the
file without scanning through the whole file.

Thanks
Radhakrishnan
