You would have to parse the entire string and remove everything between
and including "<" and ">".
This can be done by writing a function that uses a regular expression
(regex) to find a piece of text that starts with "<" and ends with ">".
You then replace this piece of text with "" (nothing). Recursively call
this function until the regex doesn't find anything.
There are probably nices solutions than mine, but it will do..
