DataRepeater/Continous Forms in C#

I'm creating a C# program and I need something similar to MS Access's
Continuous Forms feature. I stumbled on to
http://www.ewoodruff.us/EWSListControls.aspx which provides exactly
what I want. Unfortunately, there is one major hitch. This control
makes heavy use of databinding. I do not wish to make any use of
databinding. Essentially I want a repeater.Add(aTemplatedControl) so
that I can add items, and a repeater.Delete(index). I've yet to find a
control that works like this.

Does anyone know of a control that works along these lines?

How do you define "heavy use" of databinding. MS Access has never leave the
data as well.
