topmost of all unfocused controls

Is it possible to make a form at topmost all all UNFOCUSED controls, but only
behind the focused one? Topmost works, but it puts this form before the
focused one, which is not good.

Thanks lot in advance!

Well, it is a little contrary, but you could always try making the new form
own the focused form (temporarily); it should then always appear behind your
"main" form, and above most others. Kinda turns the parent / child on it's
head though, wanting the new window to be the parent... but heh!
