Number of messages queued on message pump?

P: n/a
Is there an easy way to access the numer of messages queued (pending
invocation) on the message pump? This doesn't have to be from code,
maybe some application like Spy++ provides this information?

Thanks,
Sean

Sean,

AFAIK, there is no way to access this. I am curious, for what reason
are you trying to get this information?

I was looking for a way to roughly quantify the responsiveness of the
UI. The queue length (sampled and averaged over time) seems like it
would be a simple measurement that would suit my purpose, but maybe
there is a better way to measure UI responsiveness?
