Assemblies getting deleted after compile (.Net 2003)

Hi everyone,
I have a solution which contains 6 projects, and I've set the project
dependencies correct. I also have another COM Project which one of my
projects has a reference to it. After compiling my solution, one of my
assemplies will be deleted!!! all the projects are set to copy the .dlls to
one Bin folder. When I complie that specific project seperately and compile
the other projects that are referenced to it, again that dll will be
deleted!!!!!
All the projects are referenced in Add Reference selecting Project Tab, not
selecting .Net Tab.
plz help me guyz
Regards,
