Passing parameters to Oracle RAW field

Hello All
I'm using OraOLEDB.Oracle provider for accessing Oracle. Now I have a
column of GUID type that is stored as RAW in Oracle. How do I pass
value/type for that parameter. ?? I was using the type of the
parameter as OleDbType.Guid but it fails with some garbage character
?#4 as the exception message.

My query has this end string pd.oid=?

and that's where I need to pass the value. Should I map that to
OleDbType.Binary and send a Byte[] ? If I try that I get a message
"Cannot convert System,Guid to System.Byte[]"

thanks
Sunit
