Impersonation on file access

Hi all,

While I deploy applications I use a simple folder structure. Copy all files
(exe, xml, txt...) to a folder and go on. But I don't want anyone to write
this folder and files it contains other than me and my application. So I
think all users of the system on which my application run should have read
access for this folder and files it contains and create a special user who
has full control on this folder. The application should write folder and
files using this special user no matter which user is currently logged on.
How can I implement such an impersonation? Is C# file and XML API s support
that?

Thanks in advance.
