ContextMenuStrip - add submenu item

At design time I have added 4 menu items to a ContextMenuStrip:

Add
Edit
Delete
Save

How do I add menu items at run time into these 4 menu items to become:
Add -Document
-Person
Edit -Document
-Person
Delete -Document
-Person
Save
