Read data from DataSet to Database

I have code below which grabs data from an excel doc and shoves it into a
dataset.

How can I then take that data from the dataset, and using a stored proc,
insert it into my SQL 2000 table?

strConn = "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0; Data
Source=C:\\test.xls; Extended Properties=Excel 8.0;";

OleDbDataAdapter myCommand = new OleDbDataAdapter("SELECT * FROM
[Root Categories$]", strConn);

DataSet myDataSet = new DataSet();
myCommand.Fill(myDataSet, "ExcelInfo");

//Loop through and read rest of worksheets, calling one stored
proc to insert those based on
//Root categories that were inserted
