Bad Pool Header BSOD :(

Hi,

I've just been playing around with publishing settings, and having my
app publish to an ftp site.

This all went fine!
When I run the install app, it asks me "are you sure you want to run
this? install/dont install" When i click install i get a bad pool header
bsod :(

Anyone encountered this before?
Thanks!
Andrew
