What is the easiest way to render XML documentation files (generated by
Visual Studio) into something that's easy to read, such as HTML?

There's been a couple of branches to NDoc to support .NET 2.0; but
realistically there isn't much available, besides some XSLT templates, to
convert XML doc files to a usable format.
