Stop a COM Server

Got a Visual Basic 6 Application implemented as a COM Server.

Now I'd like to call it via a C# program...

myComServer = new vbApp.IApplication();
myComServer.CallMethod() //and so on

ok, this works. COM-Server starts, Interface can be used. But how to
stop it? And where should it be implemented? Any suggestions?
