Wanted some help

Hi guys ,

I am new to windows device driver development.So i have given the task
of writing drivers and the windows service layer also...
can some body suject me which is the good book or site were i can get
information regarding how to write windows services..

I would start by downloading and examining the appropriate driver SDK.

Hi,

This is not the NG in the first place, you cannot do driver development in
..net

You will have to write them in unmanaged code, I suggest you to go to
amazon and/or MSDN to get a good start point.
It's not an easy task though. Driver development is something complex and
low level, so I guess you have a good knowledge of C/c++
