It might be a good idea to post in a more relevant newsgroup,

You should also consider browsing the online docs before
posting.

If you find the TextBox in the Class Library reference,
and click on TextBox Events, you will see a list of events
supported by the control.

You might want to take a look at the KeyPress event.
The example there might help you.

I believe that in .NET 2.0 (WinForms) there is now a TextBox that
supports some sort of pattern to control what can and cannot be entered.
