complex binding problem

2.0 - No Typed DataSet.

My custom object implements all the needed interface (IList, IBindingList,
ITypedList) in order to manage complex binding. With DataGridView control I have
no problem.

I have encountered problems when I try using data bound ComboBox, namely
if I set

combo.DataSource = OrderTypeCollection; (of OrderType class e.g.)
combo.DisplayMember = "Code";
combo.ValueMember = "Id";

In my form I have orderBindingSource and OrderClass has a property of OrderType.

Then I try to synchronize orderBindingSource and current combobox item with the
following code:

this.m_combo.DataBindings.Add(
new System.Windows.Forms.Binding(
"Text",
orderBindingSource,
"OrderType",
true,
DataSourceUpdateMode.OnPropertyChanged,
string.Empty)
);

where OrderType is the property of Order class.

When I select a new combobox item the value of order.OrderType is always the
initial value.
