Extract Word Manifest

Hi all,

I want to assign a plugin (managed code) to existing word documents
programatically. MSDN tells that I can do that by asigning the
manifest. The question is:

how do I create a manifest (what should it look like) or extract it
from an existing document?

Thanks, Langi
