How to get CPU, Mem Usage and Threads information?

Hi,

I want to develop a service monitor application.
I want to get application information from the system eg,CPU, Mem Usage and
Threads.
Anyone knows how to get this information from the system(Windows XP) and are
there any site provide good example about this?

thanks, but there is no example about how to get CPU&Mem usage in .Net.
There are only in VBScript. Do you know other resources?
