Explorer Bar in WinForm

Does winform has explorer bar control, I can not seem to find it? I
remember seeing an explorer bar in a 3rd party control. Something link
outlook where you can expand and minimise the groups in the explorer
bar?

Yes it was infragistics they have this control. I need to pay to use it
though.
