fallback font and custom font combination problem

Hello

I need help on an font problem.
In my multi-language application i need some special chars(glyphs).
So i can not define an own font for all languages and this special signs.

I have an custom Font with only this special signs (unicode range uE100 -
uE200) . Now i need an technic to diplay Text in different controls where the
standard characters use the fallback font and only the special signs use my
font.

I'm happy about all response and other suggestions.
Its so difficult.

Thank you
