Enterprise Library Configuration tool

Hey guys, im not sure if this is the proper group or not but im hoping
you guys can help. In our current program's, weve just always used a
web.config file that was given a value of a registry key on the server,
and it would use this value when connecting to the server to get a
connection string that is revelant to it. We felt this was safer as the
the connection string was not stored directly in the web.config file
and instead handeled server side. However with the Enterprise Library
tool, using .net framework 2.0 and the newest january 2006 release, is
there a way we can still have these connections defined in the config
files, or with EL does the "simpler way of doing things" really mean it
also restricts the complexity we can go to when creating our connection
strings? Any thoughts or ideas on this would be helpful
