Controlling DB Collation from UI Culture

Hi,

I am currently developing and Windows based application using .NET 2.0
and SQL Server 2005.

The application should be available internationally and hence I need to
use the Localization and Globalization.

For the data that goes inside the SQL Server, i will be using the
UNICODE data type to support the various languages. But for all the
languages there are different rules that are being applied and that is
controlled using the COLLATIONS in SQL Server.

So my requirement is how I can control the SQL Collations from My UI
layer. Does there is any way in the framework from where I can control
the same.

Please let me know if any body has any idea of the same

Thanks
Vikash
