image icon things - C# / C Sharp

hi. i was looking at the microsoft homepage and noticed that when i hovered
over the large images in the centre only the tooltip came up. normally when i
hover over large images, a little toolbar appears in the top left corner of
the image. but some websites dont have that e.g. the google logo or the large
images on the ms website. is there a property that determines whether this
happens. because i think that it is incredibly ugly. thnaks in advance

Look on MSDN for the GalleryImage attribute. That controls the image toolbar
in IE.
