Can't find the independence of project

I use VS2005 to develop Web Application.
The WebApp refer another ClassLibrary project in the solution.
But when I compile, it result in an error:Can't find the independence of
project. and I can't trace into the ClassLibrary project.

How can I do?

Independence? That's a new one. I think what you need to check is that you
have set a reference to this other class library project in your web
application.
