develop a program(c#.net)

develop a program that takes an input a word file ,and a text file. the word file could be any given file. the text file contains a list of words, aword per a line.your program output is a text file , that contains a frequency table with two columns.one column for the words in the input text file , the for their occurrence frequency in the given word file.
since i 'm bigenner in (c#.net),so please help me quickly to create this program.
i'm trying ,i used widows application and create a form that contain abutton,textbox and opendialogfile .when i click on this button the dialog file open and i select the text file which contain a word per line and this words appeare in my textbox and i stoped because i can not complete this developping.
