can I access the cerficate store from a com+ dll

Hello everyone,

I want to sign, encrypte and decrypte messages from a e-mail store on an
exchange 2000 server. I'am trying to do this with a com+ dll. But how can i
access the CA-certificates from a com+ dll.
I hope someone can help me,
