Documentation: Still nDoc or ?

Does VS 2005 offer good features for documentation or is nDoc still the way
to go?

VS 2005 offer documentaion of code in output XML. Use manual XSLT transform
to get required format or use GhostDoc (www.roland-weigelt.de/ghostdoc/ )

There is a build of NDoc that works pretty good with 2.0. Don't have a
link.
