Beginner C# books for Express edition

An older book I have ws written with vs.net 2002 in mind and unfortunely one
of my discs is scratched so I can't install anymore. I find it hard to
follow because it mainly uses the command prompt to compile and from what I
can tell Visual C# Express doensn't have a command prompt like the edu
version I have of VS.net

So, I'm looking for a totaly beginner programming book that would work for
someone using express edition. Not new to using computers but just
programming c#
I searched amazon.com for c# express and found a couple of books and this
was one of them
http://tinyurl.com/ltesw

It says step by step and it is getting good reviews from users so that
sounds appealing. The only thing though is I dont want to get road blocked
again if I find out the book isn't express friendly. I would appreciate any
feedback from someone who might know anything about this book or has any
other book recommendations for a beginner using vsexpress.

Thanks

This looks to be the book you want:

Wrox's Visual C# 2005 Express Edition Starter Kit by F. Scott Barker
Wrox Press © 2006 (330 pages)
ISBN: 0764589555
Written for first time programmers who want an easy way to delve into the
exciting features of Visual C# 2005 Express, this Starter Kit demonstrates
how to create customized applications that have no limits.

Just noticed it added to Books24x7 so you should easily find it on Amazon
or at your local bookstore.
