property enter, click and mousehover events

I created a nonmodal dialog with a PropertyGrid control.
I added an Enter-, Click-, MouseClick and MouseHover event
If I start the dialog the enter event are called

If I leave dialog and reenter the PropertyGrid control again and click in
the property grid, none of the obove events are called.

Anybody has an idea why not?
Thanks in adavance
