NET components for PC hardware tests

Hi,
I am looking for .NET components that can execute different hardware
tests (RAM test, harddisk test, etc) on a Windows PC. I need to be able
to launch programatically from my application such kind of tests, and
also to receive the test results. Can anybody help me with some links ?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Abra
