SQL Package Execution

Hello, I am trying to figure out how to run a package from a C# console
application.
I found an KB article which provides an example of how to do this
(http://support.microsoft.com/default...N-US;Q319985&).

The article states that I need to add a reference to "Microsoft DTSPackage
Object Library version 2.0 COM", but I am unable to find this "dll". I have
SQL server express installed on my machine, but I am wanting to get to SQL
2000 and I had the prior version of SQL server (stripped down one for VS
2003) and that still seems to be there, but never the less, I can not find
"Microsoft DTSPackage Object Library version 2.0 COM" within VS 2005 when I
search the .Net and COM components from within the tool.

I think the "dll" that it is looking for is "DTSPKG.DLL" and I have search
my entire machine for this DLL and it was not found. So what am I doing
wrong?
