Can't handle

Hello,

I have a problem with a software (C#) I have uninstalled and installed again
in a computer, WinXP.

After I have unistalled and installed the program, I receive always the
statement "can't handle..." (the OS is in Japanese, this is only what I can
understand) and so on with an ID that changes every time.
Actually this situation happens only for that computer and I have tried many
times to install again the software:
changing the product code in the Visual Studio project
changing the name of the assembly
.... and a million of crossed pathes.

Is anyone expert in this story?

Thank you very much,

Bart
