Problem with connection. Please help!! URGENT work

I am trying to connect to a PARADOX .db (vs2005). I am using an OLEDB
connection. This is the connection string I am using:

Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0; Data Source="C:\Documents and
Settings\User\Desktop\help.db";Extended
Properties=Paradox 5.x

I receive as an answer the following: "Could not find installable ISAM"
How do I fix it? What am I missing? I need to connect to the db
urgently. Thank you very
much in advance.

PS.
I have mdac installed and can connect fine to access, excel, sql
server, etc.
For any trial, a samble of paradox DB can be download - for instance -
from here

You might need to go back to your VS2005 install and install the Paradox
drivers. They may not install by default.

What version of Paradox are you using?

I have been given some files and I have to move data to SQL server. I
am not sure about the version.

What drivers are you talking about and where are them? Do you mean that
in the VS2005 install there is an option to install Paradox drivers?

Any help is much apprecciated. I tried registering Mspbde40.dll as
suggested on some post, but nothing changes !?!?
