#PCDATA Question

Bob
Hi,
I am trying to extract nodes from a Webresponse.
My XMLReader navigates happily down to the node that contains the nodes of
interest. But will not locate anyfurther down.
if (xr.ReadToDescendant("myPCData")) //Fails when PCData Node

These nodes of interest are all #PCData.
Does this mean that I have to treat them all as one big string and string
search Regex etc for my data or am I missing a something which allows the
location of #PCATA nodes by name.
(I have the DTD so I know what I am looking for.)
thanks
Bob
