You don't need this library on W2K, XP and W2K3, this library is now merged
in the activeds.dll, so you need to set a reference to the activeds.tlb file
residing in system32.
OnWindows 9X and NT4 you need to install the Adsi client files and
AdsSecurity.dll from the platform SDK. Note however, that it's better to
ignore this library and use System.Management and WMI to set file
permissions, or even better, use the cacls.exe utility.
