How to get the data before IE

C#
normally, the IE gets data from Website. then IE deal with the data and show
it to user.
now, I want to get the data before the web site transmits data to IE.
exactly, I wanna intercept data before IE show it to user.
I will deal with it , then transmit it to IE.
It will be done behind. User can't know it.
How could I do ?????

website → my code → IE

ok,

I think the only way you can do this is to write an ASAPI filter which from
what i know would be extreamly difficult inside c# as it dosnt allow static
function exports.

have a look at this link, this explains a lot more what i mean.
