ConfigurationSection MissingMethodException from test module

I'm using VS 2005 and I have a custom ConfigurationSection class that
works perfectly.

However, when I reference it from my test project it works fine for all
of the properties except when they are enums. When I try to assign to
an enum property I get MissingMethodExeption. Has anyone else
encountered this problem?
