Component One (that Ravikanth gave a link to) actually offers two grids the
VS Flex Grid & the DB True Grid. I like the flex grid as you can merge
cells.
I have the above grids as well as the Janus Systems GridEx.

Component One grids, unless I need to cell merging in the flex grid.
You can actually get free copies of the Component One grid by downloading
the Visual Basic Resource Kit.

demo, some are limited functionality...
