Project referencing older assembly

Joe
I removed and re-added several controls in the toolbox. I also removed the
references from the project and re-added them but when the project runs it
complains it can't find the older version.

I've double checked the version number of the current reference and it says
it's the newer one but running the app still looks for the older one.

For example if the newer assembly is version 1.1.1 and the older one was
1.0.0, I get a message that says it can't located the assembly with version
1.0.0.
Right clicking on the referenced assembly in the project and checking the
properties shows version 1.1.1

Any ideas?

Never mind the problem was coming from somewhere else.
