Aspx files fail to execute

In subdirectory of an aspx project. Application compiles without error or
warning. Any idea on what to check?

OK...like I said...there is not error. The project is just an ASPX Web App
is c#. Project runs fine, but one directory (/members) will not execute any
aspx files...it just returns straight html.
