Linking Browser Helper Object to another DLL

Hi,
My project is to make the web browser speak on the click of a
toolbar button using MS Speech Engine. In this regard, I created a BHO
in C# to extract the source code of a current web page and it works
fine. Now my problem is on click of a button, i need to call a DLL
which obtains the text outputted by BHO and input it to MS Speech
Engine. Is it possible to get that source code from BHO thru a call
from another DLL??

Somebody pls help me in this regard,
