One more vote for Vault, they are always making their product better, and
their support rocks! Check out their support response rate at
http://support.sourcegear.com .
I also use Subversion, which Jon suggested, and it is very good. What made
me go to Vault was that they have built-in seamless support for ASP.NET
apps, which need special version control handling (mainly I think the
IIS-based projects are the ones that need special handling). I think there
is a way to still host these projects on subversion (I think they call it
"the asp.net hack" or something like that). I just wanted support and
wanted to avoid data loss, so I went with Vault.
