VS 2005 Keeps adding references back

Hi all,

I have some projects where I actually don't want system.xml or
system.data to be referenced from my project (because they are not to
be used in this particular layer), but everytime I add a new file to
the project, studio keeps adding them back in!

Any way to stop this?

I suspect that you would have to actually modify the VS.NET project template.
Or, you could create a new one of the same type without the references and
give it a slightly different descriptive name.
