Posting 3rd party software announcements

I produce a number of products that are of real value to programmers. I
normally post release announcements in such places as the Delphi 3rdparty
newsgroup where they are well received.

I am interested in spreading the word to .net programmers but I don't see an
equivalent 3rdparty group. Could anyone point me in the right direction of
where it is acceptable to make these kind of posts.
