C# 2003 to 2005 syntax change?

I am trying to follow the directions here:

http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/de...ngmngsinks.asp

but I see they were written for Visual Studio 2003. I am using Visual
Studio
2005 and getting the errors shown here:

http://home.dlwest.com/oops.txt

When I get to step 2 under "build the wrappers". I suppose this is because
of the errors I got
during step 1, which are:

http://home.dlwest.com/oops2.txt

I've done this (using this same code) under VS 2003, and figure there is
some setting or tweak I
need to make to adjust for some changes in the framework. Trouble is I am
nowhere near seasoned
enough of a C# coder to know where to look.
